This tangible strategy will give your business direction through defining your objectives and mapping out your social media path to achieving long-term business development goals. Combining presentations, activities and mentoring you’ll cover:

  • Clearly identifying objectives
  • Conducting a social media audit
  • Understanding the target market to allow for better social media targeting in campaigns and creative content
  • Reviewing the business via a SWOT analysis and how this can be leveraged using social media
  • Devising a content and engagement strategy for the business including the tone, timing, and relevance for each piece of content and ensuring it aligns with the objectives
  • Establishing clear evaluation and measurement criteria for review
  • Identifying 5 things that that will positively impact on their engagement

 

Throughout the workshop you’ll have direct access to the workshop facilitators and be able to ask specific questions related to your own business, whilst also working alongside other passionate business owners in the room.
